Are you experienced in supporting children with Special Educational Needs (SEN) and looking for a rewarding new opportunity? We are currently recruiting a committed Behaviour Mentor to join a supportive team in Warrington. This is an immediate start position and requires a full UK driving licence.
Your Role
- Provide one-to-one and small group support to help pupils manage behaviour and build confidence
- Deliver tailored strategies to support engagement, learning, and emotional regulation
- Work closely with teachers, parents, and external professionals to ensure consistent support
- Track progress and positively reinforce achievements
- Act as a positive role model, promoting resilience, independence, and self-esteem
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience working with children or young people with SEN or additional needs
- Strong behaviour management skills with a calm and consistent approach
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (essential)
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- A patient, adaptable, and supportive attitude
