Behaviour Mentor

• Behaviour mentor required in Slough supporting students aged 11-16 with SEN needs
• Behaviour mentor role: 8:30am-4:30pm in Slough
• Pay: £120-£150 per day

Role responsibilities:

• Behaviour mentor allocated to one child with SEN needs (1:1 support)
• Behaviour mentor to build trust, consistency, and positive routines
• Behaviour mentor to support emotional regulation and behaviour management
• Behaviour mentor to encourage engagement in education and personal development
• Behaviour mentor to act as a positive role model

Working environments:

• Community settings including youth centres, local libraries, community centres, and the child's home
