Behaviour Mentor - Tameside Are you someone who is interested and passionate about working with those with challenging behaviour and the most vulnerable of students?Maybe you have heaps of experience managing challenging behaviour and wish to support in a specialist, PRU or mainstream setting? To join Aspire People and be successful in this Behaviour Mentor role you will need to: Have experience working with young people with difficult behaviour Strong behaviour management techniques and strategies Have a passion for working and supporting learning Resilient and patient attitude Experience working with SEN children is required The role: Work with young people within an AP, specialist or mainstream setting (whichever you prefer) Provide 1:1/group support academically and through extra-curricular Manage challenging behaviour Please note:All candidates are subject to a barred list check, must provide a recent DBS check and also be able to provide two references from their most recent employers.
