We are looking for a compassionate and resilient Behaviour Mentor to join a highly supportive and inspiring special needs school in Slough. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about supporting children with Special Educational Needs (SEN) and helping them thrive both academically and emotionally.

The RoleAs a Behaviour Mentor, you will:
- Provide 1:1 and small-group support to pupils with SEN
- Help manage and de-escalate challenging behaviour using positive strategies
- Build strong, trusting relationships with students
- Support pupils in developing social, emotional and communication skills
- Work closely with teachers, SENCOs and therapists to deliver tailored support
- Encourage independence and confidence in students
- Experience working with children or young people with SEN (school-based experience desirable)
- A calm, patient and empathetic approach
- Strong behaviour management skills
- Ability to remain positive and resilient in challenging situations
- Team player with excellent communication skills
- A genuine passion for making a difference in young lives
- Competitive daily rates £90 - £110
