As a Behaviour Mentor, you will: Provide 1:1 mentoring and targeted behaviour support Help students develop emotional regulation and coping strategies Support behaviour intervention plans and restorative approaches Build positive, consistent relationships with vulnerable young people Work closely with safeguarding leads and pastoral teams

In this Behaviour Mentor role, you will gain first-hand experience working with students at risk of exclusion, exposure to youth offending behaviours, and complex home environments.
