Behaviour Manager: Restorative Support & Reintegration Lead

Smile Education is recruiting a Behaviour Manager for a secondary school in Salford to lead the internal reflection provision and promote restorative practices. The role focuses on maintaining a calm, purposeful environment and delivering meaningful academic work during reflection periods.

You will track behaviour referrals, support reintegration into lessons, and work closely with senior leaders, pastoral teams and parents to raise standards and promote positive conduct across the school.
