Randstad is looking for an experienced and dedicated Behaviour Manager to join our team in Liverpool. In this pivotal role, you'll play a crucial part in shaping the educational experience of our students through strategic behaviour management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage behavioural interventions and support strategies across the school.
• Develop, implement, and monitor behaviour management plans tailored to individual and group needs.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and external agencies to address and resolve behavioural issues.
• Provide guidance and training to staff on effective behaviour management techniques.
• Track and analyse behavioural data to inform strategies and improve student outcomes.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in behaviour management, ideally within an educational setting.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to design and implement effective behaviour management strategies.
• Enhanced DBS on the updated service is mandatory (or willingness to apply for one).
• Eligibility to work in the UK.
