Behaviour Insights & Internal Exclusions Lead

A school in Warrington is seeking an Isolation Manager to lead the internal exclusion provision, ensuring a calm, purposeful and supportive environment for students removed from lessons due to behaviour incidents. The post also requires using MIS and other software to analyse behaviour data and produce reports.

The successful candidate will be well organised, calm and approachable, able to work independently for extended periods, while contributing to a wider team and the school's ethos.
