We are seeking strong, composed LSAs to support students who may struggle with behaviour, focus or engagement.

• De-escalating situations calmly

• Keeping students engaged during lessons

• Acting as a positive role model

• Supporting behaviour improvement strategies

• Working closely with pastoral teams

• Youth work

• Sports coaching

• Behaviour mentoring

• PRU or alternative provision

• Ex-military or strong leadership backgrounds

This role requires presence, resilience and emotional intelligence - but the reward is real influence and measurable change.
