Behaviour & Inclusion Champion for Student Growth

Protocol Education is seeking a Behaviour & Inclusion Practitioner for a specialist school in Harrogate to support pupils across KS3 and KS4, focusing on SEMH, SEND, autism, ADHD and additional needs. You will work 1:1 and in small groups, use trauma-informed approaches, help pupils regulate emotions and build trusting relationships, and work closely with teachers to remove barriers to learning.
