Finance Project Assistant (con Chino)

Huawei is currently looking for a Finance Project Assistant to join our team in Madrid office in September-October 2025

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including related entities on continuous improvement of company Account Receivable and Inventory management.
• Perform variance analysis on budget and forecast with actual results, communicating pro-actively with related parties to discuss the budget and forecast performance and identify the business rationale causing the variance.
• Communicate with banks and clients, and prepare relevant documents to facilitate the collection by means of factoring.
• Continuously improve financial processes and systems to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
• Prepare ad-hoc financial analyses and reports as required to support decision-making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor/Master's degree on: Finance & Accounting, Business Administration, Economics or related fields.
• Languages: Spanish, English, and Chinese fluency (B2-C2).
• From 0 to 3 years of experience
