Beauty Team Lead - Luxury Retail & Customer Experience London

REFY is seeking a Team Leader to join the beauty department at Selfridges, Oxford Street, London. You will lead a team of Brand Consultants, drive sales, coach colleagues, and ensure every customer interaction reflects REFY's standards and brand values.

You will partner with management to schedule shifts, support in-store events, and develop your team through onboarding and training, with weekend availability as needed.
