Beauty Store Team Leader: Inspire, Coach & Grow

The Body Shop in Chelmsford is seeking an aspirational Store Leader to drive retail excellence and lead a passionate team. You will coach Customer Consultants, shape a customer-focused store experience, and work with the Store Management team to achieve sales and campaign objectives.

You'll champion The Body Shop's activism driven brand, nurture loyalty, manage store operations and merchandising, and support training and onboarding to help individuals succeed.
