Morphe, a leading beauty brand, is seeking an Assistant Business Manager for its Selfridges counter in Manchester. You will drive sales and retail operations, coach the team and ensure the Morphe service and standards are delivered consistently on the floor and in backroom processes.

You will manage people, assist with training, merchandising, inventory, and events, and partner with the Store Manager to hit financial goals and KPI targets.
