Beauty Counter Manager: Lead Sales & Skincare

No7 Beauty Company is hiring a Counter Manager to lead skincare and makeup at our Boots counter. You will drive sales, coach your team, and deliver authentic customer experiences, building lasting relationships with shoppers.

You'll work onsite, report to the Store Manager, and use regional plans to push in-store promotions and No7 offers while maintaining a welcoming counter environment. A passion for makeup, skincare and the No7 brand is essential.
