The Island of Jersey, located on St Ouens beach, seeks an experienced F&B Manager passionate about food and wine. This role involves overseeing operations at a busy family-run restaurant and cafe, catering to diverse clientele.

With a strong emphasis on people skills and attention to detail, you will lead a rebranded summer menu under the guidance of our Executive Chef. The package includes approximately £45,000 per annum plus bonus and subsidised accommodation.
