They're looking for a trusted advisor to senior partners, someone who can shape strategy, drive revenue, and genuinely move the needle.

What you'll be doing:

• Partnering with senior lawyers to shape and deliver client and growth strategies
• Driving client development and expanding key relationships
• Using market insight to identify opportunities and influence direction
• Managing BD projects across London and global teams
• Delivering targeted events, campaigns and profile raising activity
• Supporting and developing junior team members

• Experience in business development within professional services, legal ideal but not essential
