Title: Business Development Coordinator

Location Paris

Salary: Up to €50,000

Ryder Reid Legal is currently recruiting a Business Development Coordinator to join one of our premier international law firm clients on a permanent basis at their Paris office. This is a fantastic opportunity to work closely with the Business Development Manager and a collaborative Europe-wide team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support pitches, RFPs, and client proposals
• Coordinate events, conferences, and sponsorships
• Assist with legal directory and award submissions
• Create and maintain marketing materials and experience lists
• Conduct client research and support cross-sell initiatives
• Collaborate with colleagues across Europe and the Middle East

The Ideal Candidate

• Has 1-2 years of BD/marketing experience in a law firm or professional services environment
• Is detail-oriented, proactive, and highly organised
• Communicates clearly and professionally
• Thrives in a fast-paced, international setting
