BCAR Coordinator (Residential) Ashford, Wicklow €45-50k We are currently seeking an experienced BCAR Coordiantor for our client, an expanding Residential Developer with multiple residential projects in Ashford, Wicklow. 5+ years development pipeline in this location. Responsibilities: Processing of all paperwork on site. BCAR Coordination. Tracking, uploading and signing off of invoices. Coordinate project documentation. Requirements: Previous experience in an administration/document controller role with similar responsibilities. Experience working on-site within the Construction Industry with some knowledge of BCAR.
