We're looking for a Battery Repair Manager with deep expertise in high-voltage EV battery systems and a passion for hands-on leadership. If you're driven by innovation and thrive in a fast-paced technical environment, this is your opportunity to make a real impact.

What You'll Be Doing

Oversee daily operations across battery diagnostics, repair, and refurbishment workflows.
Ensure all repaired batteries meet rigorous safety and quality standards .
Manage tooling, inventory, and technician scheduling to maintain operational efficiency.
Lead and develop a team of 3-15 battery repair technicians , fostering a culture of safety, precision, and continuous improvement.
Collaborate with Health & Safety, Engineering, and Customer teams to drive performance and innovation.
Monitor KPIs, report on repair throughput, and communicate progress to stakeholders.

What You Bring

5+ years of hands-on experience with high-voltage EV batteries in automotive or energy sectors.
SAP-level electrical qualification or equivalent.
Strong technical knowledge of lithium-ion battery systems , fault diagnostics, and EV architecture.
Proven leadership in repair or production environments , with a focus on safety, quality, and team development.
Excellent organisational and communication skills.
