READY TO DO WORK YOU'RE PROUD OF?

About Charlie Oscar

At Charlie Oscar, we're not your typical digital marketing agency - we're a team of big thinkers, bold doers, and collaborative problem solvers. We partner with some of the world's most ambitious brands to help them outsmart, outpace, and outgrow the competition.

By blending data science and creativity to make smarter decisions and create work that actually makes an impact, the numbers give us clarity, but it's our creativity that wins hearts, builds brands, and drives real growth.

Life at Charlie Oscar is fast paced, exciting, and full of opportunities to learn, grow, and push boundaries. You'll be working alongside some of the sharpest minds in the industry, solving big challenges, delivering work you're proud of, and seeing the difference you make for global brands.

And we know it's not all about work. We make time for fun too - weekly run club, book and chess clubs, charity fundraisers, Thursday drinks, or epic team socials - there's always something to get involved in and people to connect with.

Most importantly, we hire for attitude and culture add, not just experience. We want curious, ambitious people who aren't afraid to challenge the status quo, bring fresh ideas to the table, and help us shape the future of marketing.

WHO WE HIRE

We look for attitude first. If you're smart, humble, proactive, and genuinely curious - you'll fit right in. We want people who care deeply about their craft but don't take themselves too seriously. We're building a culture where brave ideas are encouraged, learning is constant, and everyone's voice matters.

THE ROLE

We're looking for a Paid Media Executive excited to dive into platforms, play with data, test ideas, learn fast, and support the delivery of world class paid media work for our clients. You'll work across Meta, TikTok, and Google Ads, helping build and optimise campaigns that genuinely move the needle for the brands we partner with.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
  • Supporting the setup, management, and optimisation of paid social and paid search campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and Google Ads.
  • Navigating platforms confidently to pull reports, monitor performance, and update campaigns.
  • Analysing platform data to understand trends, creative performance, and areas for optimisation.
  • Turning data into simple, clear stories that help clients understand what's working (and what's not).
  • Conducting keyword research and supporting with ad copy and landing page improvements for basic PPC tasks.
  • Working closely with the wider Paid Media team to ensure campaigns are delivered on time and to a high standard.
  • Managing daily tasks effectively, asking for support when needed, and keeping stakeholders updated.
  • Collaborating with your team, contributing ideas, and participating actively in discussions and problem solving.
  • Taking responsibility for your own learning - staying curious about platform updates, industry changes, and new tools.
HOW TO APPLY

We don't want just another CV and cover letter - we want to get to know you!

To apply, please answer the following three questions, either by writing in the text boxes provided or by submitting a short video (maximum 5 minutes) to bring your answers to life.

  1. What are your top 3 personal values and why?
  2. If you had £100k to start a new business tomorrow, what would you do and why?
  3. Which paid media platforms do you think are most effective for reaching a target audience, and why?
