• Support Kitchen Efficiency: Ensure the kitchen is always spotless and organised, keeping workstations tidy and fully stocked with the necessary tools and equipment. Maintain a steady flow of clean dishes, utensils, and cookware, so the kitchen team can work seamlessly and efficiently.
• Create Memorable Guest Experiences and Deliver Exceptional Food Quality: Your hard work behind the scenes helps the chefs create memorable dishes. By keeping the kitchen clean and organised, you ensure that everything runs smoothly, allowing the team to deliver high quality, consistent dishes that exceed guest expectations.
• Health and Safety Compliance: Maintain a clean, safe, and hygienic kitchen at all times. Follow food safety practices, including washing dishes thoroughly, properly sanitising surfaces, and ensuring that all kitchen equipment is cleaned and stored correctly. Adhere to hygiene standards and support the kitchen in complying with health and safety regulations.
