Job Description

Full time position (45 hours per week). Salary up to £35,000 yearly, including service charge and benefits.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks according to restaurant recipes.
• Maintain awareness of the food and drink menus (lunch, dinner, brunch).
• Follow service manuals and procedures.
• Restock bar inventory and supplies.
• Ensure a welcoming, personalised customer service experience.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year bartending experience.
• Experience in cocktail making and barista skills.
• Good command of English.
• Passion for hospitality and attentive customer service.
