Bartender

We are The Light, we provide a unique immersive experience that surprises and delights our guests across 14 locations in the UK. We offer a wide range of activities; cinema, bowling, karaoke, darts, mini golf, climbing walls, bars and kitchens - we have it all!

We're looking for a friendly, confident Bartender to join our team. Whether you're shaking cocktails, pouring pints, or welcoming guests at the bar, you'll help create a fun and relaxed atmosphere that keeps people coming back.

About You:

• Experience working behind a bar or in a fast-paced hospitality setting (preferred)
• Friendly, outgoing, and confident talking to guests
• Passionate about great drinks and great service
• Comfortable working busy shifts and keeping calm under pressure
• A team player who's happy to jump in and help wherever needed
• Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

What You'll Be Doing:

• Serve drinks quickly, accurately, and with a smile
• Welcome guests to the bar and offer recommendations
• Keep the bar clean, stocked, and running smoothly
