Bartender

Hours: 45 over 5 days a week

Salary: up to £32214 inc tronc

We are currently looking for a creative Bartender to join our bar team at the award-winning five-star, Lime Wood Hotel.

At Lime Wood, we smash, muddle, blend, shake and throw our way to making our guests the perfect drink!

Both our bars at Lime Wood offer ours guests a unique experience. Our bright courtyard bar has a retractable roof offering the perfect setting for pre-drinks in all weather. Our restaurant bar is in the heart of our Hartnett Holder & Co restaurant providing a comfortable zone for an after-dinner drinks.

As a Bartender you will be required support the day to day running of the bar by ensuring a creative service is provided to our all. You will be required to maintain the bar, always making sure it is clean and presentable. A genuine interest in growing your beverage knowledge is essential along with the passion towards keeping up with current trends.

Previous experience as a Bartender, or within a similar role is preferred, along with the knowledge of classic cocktails and skills of mixing modern twists!
