Bartender

HiStory Hospitality are seeking an exceptional Bartender to join the opening team of a new bar within a stunning country estate in Buckinghamshire.

This is a unique opportunity to be part of a launch team, working in a premium countryside environment with a strong focus on quality drinks, seasonal ingredients and refined yet warm hospitality.

• A motivated and experienced Bartender with a strong background in quality led bars, or an enthusiastic Barback ready to step up and be part of an opening team.
• Strong technical knowledge of classic cocktails, modern serves and premium spirits.
• Ability to prepare drinks with consistency, precision and attention to detail.
• A passion for seasonal ingredients, house made elements and countryside inspired serves.
• Confident working independently behind the bar while maintaining high service standards.
• Excellent organisation and bar mise en place to support both service and prep.
• Strong knowledge of licensing laws, responsible service and hygiene standards.
• Calm and professional during busy service, with the ability to work efficiently in a fast paced environment.
• A collaborative mindset and positive attitude, helping to build a strong bar culture from day one.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays as required.
• A genuine desire to learn, develop and grow within a high performing drinks team.
• A warm, humble and professional approach to guest experience and hospitality.
