You will join as a Bartender, delivering warm, attentive hospitality and supporting seamless service across our Food & Beverage areas. Here, your contribution will help create memorable moments for every guest while developing your skills in a supportive and collaborative team.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve drinks to a high standard, including cocktails, spirits, wines and coffees.
• Create a warm, engaging atmosphere and provide confident recommendations to guests.
• Keep the bar stocked, organised and clean throughout service.
• Handle orders, tabs and payments accurately.
• Follow responsible alcohol service and basic licensing guidelines.
• Support stock rotation and ensure ingredients and garnishes are well maintained.
• Work closely with the wider Food & Beverage team to deliver smooth, efficient service.

Person Specification

• Confident, friendly and guest-focused with strong communication skills.
• Interest in cocktails, wines, spirits and bar service.
• Calm and organised during busy periods.
• Professional, reliable and team-minded.
• Good personal presentation and understanding of basic hygiene standards.
• Willing to learn new skills and develop bar knowledge.
