About the role

As a Bartender, you'll deliver great drinks and friendly, efficient service in a fast paced hospitality environment. You'll work behind the bar preparing and serving beverages while creating a welcoming and enjoyable experience for every guest.

This is a hands on role suited to someone who enjoys working as part of a team, takes pride in quality and presentation, and thrives during busy service periods, including events.

Bar Service

• Prepare and serve drinks to a high standard, including cocktails, spirits, beer, and soft drinks.
• Deliver friendly, professional service to all guests.
• Maintain speed, accuracy, and consistency during busy service periods.

Standards & Presentation

• Keep the bar clean, organised, and fully stocked throughout service.
• Follow brand and venue standards for drink quality and presentation.
• Ensure correct bar setup and close down procedures.

Health, Safety & Compliance

• Follow licensing laws and responsible alcohol service standards.
• Maintain hygiene, health & safety standards at all times.
• Use equipment safely and correctly.

Team Support

• Work closely with the bar and floor teams to ensure smooth service.
• Support senior bartenders and supervisors as required.
• Be flexible and supportive during event and high volume shifts.

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise Essential

• Previous experience as a Bartender or Bar Team Member.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
• Positive attitude and team focused approach.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and event days.

Desirable

• Cocktail knowledge or experience.
• Experience in high volume or event led venues.
