Are you passionate about great drinks, good vibes, and unforgettable nights? We're looking for energetic, personable bartenders to join our dynamic team at Eve, our vibrant Italian restaurant.

From hotel guests to partygoers and local legends, no two shifts are the same here. Whether you're shaking up signature cocktails, pouring a bold Italian wine, or serving a cold pint with a smile, you'll play a key role in delivering standout service in a space where something exciting is always happening.

The Details:

What exactly you will be doing

• Greet guests with a warm, welcoming attitude and create a memorable bar experience
• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks with style, precision, and flair
• Confidently recommend drinks, upsell where appropriate, and answer guest questions
• Keep the bar stocked, clean, and organised throughout your shift
• Handle transactions (cash and card) accurately and responsibly
• Maintain a strong knowledge of our drink menu, Italian-inspired cocktails, wines, and seasonal specials
• Work collaboratively with the floor team and kitchen during busy shifts
• Set up and close down the bar efficiently and to the highest standard
• Participate in restaurant events and special functions as needed
• Follow all health, safety, and hygiene protocols, including responsible alcohol service
• Bring positive energy to every shift!

What qualities are we looking for?

• A friendly, outgoing personality with a passion for hospitality
• Strong cocktail knowledge and bar experience (bonus points for speed and flair!)
• Excellent communication and multitasking skills
• Team player mindset - you've got your teammates' backs

Must-haves:

• Current, legal and unrestricted ability to work in the United Kingdom
• Ability to work on-site at Virgin Hotels Edinburgh for every shift.
• Flexibility to work different shifts, including on the weekends and holidays.
