Bartender

A brand-new venue launching in May 2025 in SE17 is seeking enthusiastic and experienced Bartenders to join its opening team. This is a fantastic opportunity for hospitality professionals who are passionate about great drinks, outstanding service, and being part of an exciting new concept from day one.

The Ideal Candidate Will:

• Possess strong knowledge of classic cocktails, wines, spirits, and draft beers• Be confident in crafting and presenting drinks to a consistently high standard• Show enthusiasm for learning and bringing creative ideas to the bar offering• Be reliable, professional, and committed to developing within a long-term role• Thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment• Have previous bar experience and relevant qualifications• Be available for full-time or part-time work, including evenings and weekends• Have an interest in premium experiences, with the opportunity to gain cigar knowledge

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve drinks to the venue's quality and specification standards• Maintain the cleanliness, organisation, and presentation of the bar area• Support stock management, including rotation and accepting deliveries• Provide exceptional customer service at all times• Assist the Bar Manager and collaborate with the wider team as needed• Contribute creative ideas for new drinks, cocktails, and specials to enhance the menu
