Job Description
Sodexo is seeking a highly organised Barrack Damage Manager to join the team at Merville Barracks, Colchester, CO2 7UT. You will oversee the management, maintenance and readiness of military accommodation across 127 blocks for about 2,500 soldiers.
You'll coordinate inspections, arrange repairs with contractors, maintain damage records, liaise with military teams and ensure compliance with health and safety and company standards.
