Barracks Damage & Compliance Lead

Sodexo at Merville Barracks, Colchester, CO2 7UT, is looking for a highly organised Barrack Damage Manager to oversee inspection, damage assessment and repair coordination across 127 buildings and 2,500 soldiers' accommodation spaces.

You will ensure safety, compliance and operational readiness of facilities, liaising with contractors and military stakeholders to resolve issues efficiently and within policy guidance.
