Job Title: Barista/Waitress

Tokyo Bagel is a Japanese style bakery café in the heart of Waterloo, London, and is rapidly expanding. The role involves working as front of house staff, a barista or a bartender, serving delicious coffee, Japanese bagel sandwiches, pastries, and light desserts, and assisting with evening cocktail service.

Job Overview

We seek a friendly, enthusiastic, and customer focused team member who can thrive in a busy setting. The ideal candidate will help keep the shop welcoming and efficient, handle orders and payments, and support daily operations and evening service.

Responsibilities and Requirements

• Prepare and serve coffee, beverages, and easy desserts.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain a friendly environment.
• Take orders, process payments, and manage point of sale duties.
• Assist with store operations (for bartenders) and help during evening service.
• Make cocktails for the evening bar service.
• Work effectively with colleagues and communicate well with customers.
• Experience in brewing coffee or bartending (training available).
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast paced environment.
• Must have a minimum of 2 years' hospitality experience.
• Full time or part time availability.
• Must be eligible for UK visa sponsorship.
