Barista Shift Lead - Inspire Teams & Guests

Cobra Coffee is seeking a shift supervisor to lead a fast paced store, working closely with a team of baristas to deliver the Starbucks Experience with high quality service and products.

You will coach partners, manage shifts, and ensure operational excellence while maintaining a strong focus on customer satisfaction and safety. Previous supervisory experience in retail or hospitality is advantageous, with working hours including early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
