What You'll Do (Late Night Focus)

Ensure Drive Thru speed and service excellence

Coach and support Baristas on shift

Keep standards high across coffee quality, cleanliness and food safety

Handle pressure confidently during peak late-night trade

Motivate the team to finish strong and close brilliantly

You'll be the calm, confident presence that keeps the café running safely and successfully after dark.

A reliable role model with accountability and maturity

Previous team leadership experience (or ready for your next step)
