Love coffee and enjoy creating great customer experiences? We're looking for enthusiastic, friendly Baristas to join our welcoming Starbucks team in Popham West.

Whether you're experienced in customer service or completely new to hospitality, we provide full training to help you succeed. You'll create memorable customer experiences, prepare our iconic drinks, and help deliver a fast, friendly, and welcoming environment every day.

Flexible: Shifts designed to work around your availability, with a minimum of 8 hours per week

Hourly Rate: £12.80 per hour (Age 21+) £11.65 per hour (Age 18-20) £9.45 per hour (Age 16-17)

What You'll Be Doing

As a Starbucks Barista, your typical day could include:

• Delivering exceptional customer service and creating a positive customer experience
• Preparing beverages and food to Starbucks standards
• Recommending products and supporting store sales through confident up selling
• Operating tills and processing transactions accurately
• Maintaining a clean, organised, and welcoming store environment
• Following food safety, hygiene, and allergen procedures
• Monitoring product quality and temperature records
• Supporting your team during busy periods and helping cover key trading times

Shift Information
