Hourly Rate: £12.95 per hour (Age 21+), £12.65 per hour (Age 18-20), £10.45 per hour (Age 16-17)

What You'll Be Doing

As a Starbucks Barista, your typical day could include:

• Delivering exceptional customer service and creating a positive customer experience
• Preparing beverages and food to Starbucks standards
• Recommending products and supporting store sales through confident up selling
• Operating tills and processing transactions accurately
• Maintaining a clean, organised, and welcoming store environment
• Following food safety, hygiene, and allergen procedures
• Monitoring product quality and temperature records
• Supporting your team during busy periods and helping cover key trading times

Previous customer service or barista experience is helpful but not essential - full training is provided.

Shift Information

Flexible working options available. Shifts may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, and busy travel periods. Full time average shift of 8 hours.
