Barista

As a Barista at Harrods, you will create a vibrant and engaging environment, anticipating guests' needs and ensuring every visit feels effortless and memorable. You will work closely with the Restaurant Manager, supporting the day to day running of the café, maintaining high service standards, collaborating with the wider front of house team, and supporting commercial objectives while upholding the luxury standards synonymous with Harrods.

You are a trusted and capable hospitality professional with a strong background in delivering high end service within a premium environment. Comfortable in fast paced settings, you bring a genuine passion for hospitality and consistently deliver to the highest standards with minimal supervision.

You are highly organised, customer focused, able to build strong relationships with both guests and colleagues, and demonstrate excellent communication and attention to detail at all times. You remain calm and composed under pressure, thinking on your feet and handling a variety of situations with confidence and professionalism.

• Demonstrate strong knowledge of menus, allergens and current offerings, confidently responding to guest queries with accuracy and discretion.
• Engage naturally with guests, building rapport to create a seamless and elevated service experience.
• Communicate effectively with your team, supporting and motivating colleagues to ensure smooth operations and consistently high standards.

• Hourly salary of up to £15.85 per hour (base salary plus service charge).
