Key responsibilities of a GAUCHOBarback

• Maintaininghigh standardsof cleanliness and organisation behind the bar.

• Preparing garnishes, ice and bar miseenplace asrequired.

• Stock rotation

• To complete the daily/weekly cleaning schedule

• Support bar staff at all timesto ensure smooth flow of serviceand great guest experience

• To ensure the bar is stocked prior to and during shift
