About the Role As a Barback, you'll be responsible for keeping the bar fully stocked, organised and service-ready at all times. The Barback works closely with our bartenders and restaurant team, helping to create a seamless guest experience by ensuring they have everything they need to deliver exceptional service.This role is ideal for someone looking to develop their skills and gain valuable experience in a busy restaurant bar, with opportunities to progress within our Food & Beverage team. This is a three-month fixed-term opportunity, with both full-time and part-time positions available. What You'll Be Doing Support bartenders by keeping the bar stocked with spirits, wines, beers, mixers and garnishes. Prepare fresh garnishes and ensure all bar supplies are ready before and during service. Collect and polish glassware to maintain presentation standards. Replenish ice, glassware and bar equipment throughout service. Keep the bar clean, organised and compliant with health, safety and hygiene standards. Assist with the delivery, storage and rotation of stock. Dispose of waste and recycling promptly to maintain a safe working environment. Support with opening and closing duties. Work closely with the wider restaurant team to ensure smooth and efficient service. Deliver friendly and professional interactions with guests whenever required. What We're Looking For A positive attitude and willingness to learn. Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail. The ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. A proactive approach with a strong work ethic. Great communication skills and a collaborative mindset. Previous hospitality experience is beneficial but not essential-full training will be provided. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and public holidays. Eligibility to work in the UK.
