We are currently recruiting two experienced Bartenders to join our team on a permanent basis, with an immediate start.

Accommodation is available for the successful candidates if required.

The Role

Successful candidates will work across three bars within the property, serving a wide range of:

• Classic and contemporary cocktails
• Premium spirits, beers, and wines
• All-day dining, beverages, and bar service

You will be part of a professional hospitality team committed to delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced yet supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Preparing and serving beverages to a high standard
• Delivering friendly, efficient, and professional customer service
• Maintaining cleanliness and organisation of bar areas
• Managing stock levels and bar presentation
• Working collaboratively with colleagues across departments
• Upholding Ballyseede Castle's service standards at all times

Requirements

• Previous bartending experience in a quality hospitality environment
• Strong knowledge of cocktails, wines, and spirits
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and busy service periods
• A positive attitude and team-focused mindset
