Aldwark Manor Estate is a privately owned hotel with golf, nestled in a picturesque village between York and Harrogate. Set within 200 acres of beautiful countryside, this luxury estate offers a complete escape for both business and leisure guests and is a highly sought after venue for weddings and special occasions.

In recent years, the hotel has undergone significant investment and renovation, transforming the bedrooms, restaurant, residents' lounge, sports bar and all public areas to deliver a refined and contemporary guest experience.

December marked the completion and opening of the new Salus Spa facilities, further enhancing the estate's luxury leisure offering. The next phase of development will see the addition of new bedrooms, expanded event spaces and additional treatment rooms, all scheduled to open later this year.

About You

We are looking for a confident, self motivated and professional individual to join our Food and Beverage team to work in a variety of our outlets including our sports bar, residents lounge, fine dining restaurant and main hotel restaurant and bar in a variety of shifts including breakfast, lunch and dinner. This role includes evenings and weekends as well. We are looking for people who can deliver efficient service to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere and the best experience for our guests.

Main duties and purpose of the role

• Ensure that our food and beverage outlets are always well presented, a welcoming environment and set to the premium standard set by Aldwark Manor Estate.
• Maintain excellent standards of customer care at all times.
• Promote specials and provide great knowledge on our food and drink offer.
• Duties are to include creating drinks efficiently & quickly, cleaning & restocking the bar, maintaining brand standards.
• Contribute to new ideas in creating menus and improving service.
• Liaise with restaurants, kitchen and reception.
• Complete opening and closing duties, restock as required.
