About the role

We are seeking an exceptional bartender to be part of our team in Hamilton's Bar. This is a unique opportunity for a talented mixologist and hospitality professional to create a welcoming and effortless, elegant bar experience

You will be responsible for delivering impeccable service standards, and creating a warm, relaxed ambience where guests feel genuinely welcomed and indulged.

• Create a sophisticated yet comfortable atmosphere aligned with a luxury hotel setting
• Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks including classic and signature cocktails.
• Serve freshly prepared platters and bar snacks.
• Ensure outstanding guest engagement and personalised service welcoming regular guests and locals alike.
• Maintain the highest standards of presentation, compliance, and operational excellence across Hamilton's

About You

• Previous mixology and bar experience and good product knowledge is required for this role.
• Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
• A natural host with refined communication skills and friendly and welcoming personality.
• Commercially aware with strong organisational ability
• Comfortable to work on the bar on your own as well as with a small team of dedicated colleagues

This is a full time role working 5 days from 7 including late shifts and weekends. Modern live in accommodation is available if required.
