Responsibilities

You will be stationed in a variety of Food & Beverage areas across the hotel, ensuring guest satisfaction and brand standards are met. You will keep up to date with pricing and promotions in order to provide advice to guests and maximise sales.

Qualifications

• Passion for delivering exceptional guest service
• Strong customer service skills
• Good time management and organisational skills
• Ability to work under pressure

Location & Hotel

Cheltenham Chase Hotel is located on the outskirts of Gloucester and is also close to Cheltenham. Our 4,122 bedroom property houses Hardy's Restaurant, Hunters Bar & Lounge, a garden terrace bar, afternoon tea, private dining, and meeting and event spaces. Leisure facilities include a gym, pool, sauna, steam room, and an Elemis spa.
