Bar Team Member - Flares

We are looking for individuals who enjoy working together and creating memorable experiences for our guests. No prior experience is required - we'll provide all the training and support you need.

Responsibilities

• Greet every guest in a way that feels comfortable and helps them feel welcome.
• Follow clear steps to prepare and serve high-quality food and drinks.
• Share recommendations when appropriate to create a positive experience for guests.
• Help maintain a clean and safe space for everyone to enjoy.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required.
• Must be 18 or over as the role involves the sale of alcohol.
