Woolacombe Bay Holiday Parks is looking for a dedicated Bar Supervisor to join our vibrant team. This is an exciting opportunity to take on a key role within a dynamic environment, overseeing the bar team and ensuring our guests enjoy an unforgettable time at our holiday parks.

Position Details
  • Seasonal, full-time positions available

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise, support, and lead the bar team during shifts
  • Consistently deliver outstanding customer service to all guests
  • Monitor stock levels and support the receipt and storage of deliveries
  • Ensure full compliance with licensing regulations, health & safety, and hygiene standards
  • Manage cash handling, till operations, and reconciliation processes
  • Train, motivate, and develop team members to achieve high performance
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming bar environment
  • Work collaboratively with the kitchen, bar, and entertainment teams to ensure smooth and efficient operations across the complex
  • Having real conversations with our guests to ensure that they are satisfied with all aspects of their stay.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Previous experience supervising or leading a bar or hospitality team
  • A keen eye for detail, allowing you to oversee various aspects of front of house, such as keeping things clean and tidy
  • Holiday park, restaurant, nightclub, or family oriented venue experience (beneficial but not essential)
  • Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanour.
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail and a proactive approach to cleanliness and organization.
  • Driving licence (desirable)
  • Barista trained (desirable)
  • First Aid trained (desirable)
