About the Role

as a bar supervisor, you will work closely with management to oversee the smooth day-to-day running of both the bar and front of house operations. you'll lead the front, ensuring exceptional customer service standards while maintaining operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• assisting in overseeing daily bar and FOH operations
• leading, motivating, and supporting the team during service
• running daily and weekly reports
• conducting regular stock takes and managing inventory
• end-of-day cashing up and reconciliation
• maintaining high standards of service, cleanliness, and compliance
• supporting training and development of team members

About You

• minimum 3 years' experience in a similar supervisory role
• strong leadership and communication skills
• excellent organisational and time-management abilities
• confident cash handling, reporting and stock control
• ability to thrive in busy, customer-focused environment
• a positive, professional, and proactive attitude
