Bar Staff - The Long Road Festival

Location: Lutterworth, LE17 6DH

Pay: £12.25 per hour + holiday pay, £13.73 total

Join Arc's bar team for 3 days of non-stop music, great vibes, and country spirit at one of the UK's biggest country music events!

Dates: Friday 22nd - Sunday 24th August

Role: Bar work - serving drinks in a fast-paced festival environment

What We're Looking For:

• Previous bar experience - pubs, festivals, events, or hospitality venues
• Confidence pouring pints, serving drinks, and working at speed
• Friendly, reliable, and a team player
• Must be 18+ with the right to work in the UK
• A positive attitude and great customer service skills

What You'll Be Doing:

• Serving drinks from high-volume festival bars
• Operating mass-dispense or packaged product systems
• Keeping queues moving and spirits high
• Working long shifts in a buzzing, high-energy environment
