Are you ready to earn money while soaking up the atmosphere at one of the UK's most iconic seaside festivals? Arc is on the lookout for experienced bar staff to join our team for Lytham Festival 2025 - a spectacular five-day celebration of music, culture, and good vibes right on the beautiful Lancashire coast.

If you're confident behind a bar, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and love the electrifying buzz of live events, we want you on our team!

This is a day festival - no camping available so you will need to make you own way there and back

What We're Looking For:

• Previous bar experience - pubs, festivals, events, or hospitality venues
• Confidence pouring pints, serving drinks, and working at speed
• Friendly, reliable, and a team player
• Must be 18+ with the right to work in the UK
• A positive attitude and great customer service skills

Previous experience at large-scale events or outdoor festivals is a huge bonus!

What You'll Be Doing:

• Serving drinks from high-volume festival bars
• Operating mass-dispense or packaged product systems
• Keeping queues moving and spirits high
• Working long shifts in a buzzing, high-energy environment
