Boulebar in London is seeking a Bar Manager to lead a team and be part of the management group. The role is service-based, with recruiting and training responsibilities to deliver an exceptional guest experience.

You will manage bar service, stock, budgets, and collaborate with other managers for large bookings, while mentoring staff and implementing new procedures across our Spitalfields or South Bank units.
